Accommodation Conditions

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

-Accommodation is booked ONLY for intensive course students for a minimum

length of two weeks.

-Accommodation is guaranteed only when the student has made a course deposit

of 30% two weeks before his arrival at the latest. After this deadline no

reservation will be guaranteed and the student is subjected to availability.

-Studio apartments are subjected to availability, if no studio can be

arranged for the student, the school will notify this the earliest possible

and will offer a room in an apartment instead.

-CHECK-IN must be made the weekend before the starting date of the course

after 2 pm.

-CHECK-OUT must be made the weekend of the end of the course before 12 pm.

-Full payment of accommodation must be made upon arrival, failure to that,

accommodation will be refused to the student.

-Studios must be left clean and all linen and kitchen utensils must be

properly washed. The studio must be in proper conditions for the new

arrivals. Failure to meet these conditions will cause an extra charge of 100

euros for cleaning services.

-Students renting a bedroom must comply to the rules of the family or

landlord of the apartment.

L'Atelier 9 is not a real estate agency and offers to find accommodation to

the students without any charge as a free service. L'Atelier 9 is not

responsible for any accommodation problems and it reserves the right to

find, refuse or cancel any accommodation request.
